The session emphasizes real-world jobsite scenarios, simple workflows, and techniques that can be used immediately to capture more effective, professional visuals for marketing and documentation.

In this session, you will:

  • Understand how lenses affect perspective, scale, and storytelling
  • Practice capturing wide, medium, and detail shots with purpose
  • Get hands-on experience with basic gimbal video movement
  • Apply simple composition techniques to improve shots instantly
  • Walk away with a repeatable workflow you can use on any jobsite

Bryan Butt, Media Production Specialist | SpawGlass
As Media Production Specialist at SpawGlass, Bryan Butt blends years of high-level production experience with a knack for storytelling that’s equal parts technical and human. He travels across Texas capturing the heart of SpawGlass, from jobsite progress and field crew action shots to company events, completion videos, and the candid in between moments that make construction feel personal.  Before joining SpawGlass, Bryan spent over a decade behind the camera as a cinematographer, editor, and camera operator for networks, agencies, and campaigns across the country. His credits include Survivor for CBS, NBC’s Next Olympic Hopeful, FOX France’s World Cup campaign, and political work like the Beto O’Rourke Senate campaign. He’s also shot branded content for Whataburger, Ford, OnePlus, Visit San Antonio, and the San Antonio Spurs. Bryan’s background in documentary and commercial production gives him a unique eye for authenticity, something that fits perfectly with the SpawGlass culture. Whether he’s filming a crane silhouetted at sunrise or a team member tying rebar in 100-degree heat, he brings intention, realism, and heart to every frame.
