CPSM Study Group Lead:

Hillary Cadra, CPSM, Vice President of Marketing | SpawGlass
Hillary Cadra is vice president of marketing for SpawGlass, a Texas-based construction services provider. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Texas Tech University in 1998 and began working with SpawGlass as a marketing coordinator in 2000. After taking on additional responsibilities and working in multiple regions, Hillary was eventually named SpawGlass’ first director of marketing and, in 2022, vice president of marketing – much of which is owed to many individuals who have supported and encouraged her throughout the years. She had the privilege of serving on SpawGlass’ board of directors from 2021 to 2025. Early in her career, she served on the board of directors for the SMPS San Antonio and Austin Chapters. She earned her CPSM designation through SMPS in 2008. A career highlight, Hillary gained firsthand construction operations experience as project manager for an internal SpawGlass project. Personal accomplishments include hiking to the high points of several states, the highest so far being Wheeler Peak in New Mexico with an elevation of 13,161 feet. In her free time, Hillary enjoys traveling to anywhere with mountains and wildlife, playing board games, fishing and making memories with her husband, Stefan, and granddaughter, Naomi.
